First CH Tools Publisher Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how First CH Tools Publisher, the TikTok and Instagram publishing app at tools.first-ch.com/en/tiktok/ and tools.first-ch.com/en/instagram/, and the rest of First CH Tools (tools.first-ch.com, "this site") handle personal information and data. First CH Tools Publisher is operated by First CH LLC.
1 — Your Input Data
Image and text tools process data only in your browser. The TikTok Publisher exchanges its authorization code through our stateless backend and sends video directly from your browser to TikTok. We do not store or inspect videos or access tokens. The Instagram Publisher likewise exchanges its authorization code through our stateless backend and relays profile display, publishing and insights requests between your browser and Instagram. Images and videos you publish are fetched by Instagram directly from the public URL you specify; we never receive them. We do not store or inspect access tokens, account data, posts or insights (see Data deletion).
If you pass a value as a URL parameter (e.g. /en/hash/?text=…), that value reaches our server (Cloudflare) as part of the page request. We do not store or analyze it, and it is not passed to analytics (§2). Do not put sensitive values in a URL — type them into the page instead.
2 — Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are viewed and how often. This stores cookies in your browser for aggregate measurement. We measure page views only — the images, text and other content you enter into the tools are never transmitted (they are processed on your device, as described in §1). The URL we pass to analytics has its query string (everything after ?) removed. We do not use advertising trackers. The TikTok and Instagram Publishers store an access token in sessionStorage only until the tab is closed; it uses neither cookies nor persistent browser storage.
3 — External Services
This site relies on the following external services. When you view a page, your browser automatically sends connection information such as your IP address to them.

4 — Site Guide (Chat)
This site offers an automated guide (chat) that helps you find the page you are looking for. When you open the guide, the options you choose, any text you type (up to 200 characters), and your IP address are sent to a service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Your IP address is irreversibly transformed with a value that changes daily and is kept for up to about 9 days to enforce usage limits. The text you type is not stored. We also use a cookie (fc_cg, valid for 30 minutes) to analyze which display variant you saw. Please do not enter personal information such as your name or contact details. The guide is separate from the tools and never sends data you enter into a tool. The guide is currently available in Japanese only.

Browsing preferences
Search and category filters are saved in sessionStorage in this browser tab so you can return to the same list. They are not sent as analytics events, and they are cleared when the tab session ends. Tool inputs are not saved by this feature.
