How to Use

  1. Pick a video file. The tool reads its format, size, duration, resolution, frame rate and codec on this device and lists what needs fixing and how (no account needed).
  2. Click "Connect TikTok account" and approve the request on TikTok. When you're back, pick the video again and set the caption, privacy level, allowed interactions and commercial disclosure.
  3. Click "Post to TikTok". The video is uploaded straight from your browser to TikTok, and you get a link to the post when it's done.

About This Tool

Videos posted through TikTok's API have requirements published by TikTok for Developers (table below, from the Media Transfer Guide, checked 2026-10-26). Instead of finding out after the upload is rejected, this tool reads the information inside the file (the moov box of MP4/MOV) and applies the same rules first.

Common cases: an original iPhone slow-motion file (120 or 240 fps) goes over 60 fps, and video shot or exported in ProRes uses a codec TikTok doesn't accept. Export the first at 30 or 60 fps and the second as H.264 (MP4). Landscape (16:9) videos can be posted, but TikTok's vertical screen shows bars above and below.

For videos over 100MB, or if you need scheduling or managing many posts, use TikTok's own web uploader (TikTok Studio). This tool focuses on checking one video made on a computer and posting it. Your video never passes through our server, and we store neither your connection nor your post.
